Mainstreet
Madness processes team entry forms in the order they are received.
Teams who have submitted complete entry forms and the full
registration fee will be entered in the tournament on a space
available basis.
Once
a team's entry has been processed and the team has been assigned a
number, Mainstreet Madness will mail or e-mail confirmation to the
team captain. This will
serve as the team's official notification of acceptance into the
tournament. This letter must be kept and used for identification when
picking up the team packet.
Make
sure that you verify the player and team information included in
your confirmation letter. If
you find any errors, contact the Mainstreet Madness office at
503-648-1102 immediately.
