It's Easy to Register! Just fill out the online registration form and pay with our secure transaction site. Once registration there will be a link to download a PDF registration form. There will also be a safe, secure online registration form for instant registration.

Mainstreet Madness will accept registrations until the tournament is full (200 teams) or until July 23rd, whichever is first.
